Proactive professional with over 6 years experience in production of live events and artist management. I am pursuing a master degree in Entertainment Business, graduating on August 2014.
The Cox Events Group is a subsidiary of Cox Media Group Orlando that works alongside six Orlando-based radio stations and two Orlando-based television stations to promote each event through multiple avenues of media. As an Intern, I assist in the production of events such as the Spring Fiesta 2014, Salt Water Classic 2014, Downtown Concerts Series, among others.
In April 2014, I successfully created, pre-produced, and produced a cultural event at Full Sail University called Sounds of the World. 8 talented international artists performed on stage. I coordinated the planning of the event, marketing and promotion, show rundown, stage requirements, talent scouting, technical riders, and video production.
During my time at Full Sail University, I have worked at the agency SPARK in productions such as the Hall Of Fame 2014 (Production Assistant), Behind The Scene Tour (Producer), GradFest (Field Producer), Florida Music Festival (Stage Manager), and WWE NXT (Production Assistant).
In August 2010, I launched a music project called SURÁ. In 2012, the band successfully closed a record and publishing deal with a major independent publisher. The band's first single reached #4 on the Pop-Rock Venezuelan chart. The band's first music video has reached almost 100.000 views on YouTube.
